Bandon

Surviving two arch bridge to the west of Bandon now in the western outskirts of the town, adjacent to the N71 road. Clonakilty Junction is to the left and Bandon itself to the right. There was a private station for Lord Bandon, known as Bernard Castle which was located just west of this bridge in an area now covered by car dealerships. This section opened in 1866 and closed in 1961.
