Slaggyford
Slaggyford station is the current northern terminus of the South Tynedale Railway, although the railway is hoping to be able to extend to or just beyond Knarsdale in the forseeable future. Looking easterly over the level crossing by Slaggyford station towards the village proper and the A689 Alston to Brampton road. The station house can be seen to the left beyond the crossing.
