Haydon Bridge

Just off the east end of the westbound platform at Haydon Bridge there is a former dead end loading dock set back from the current running lines and which also sat alongside lines running at the far side to serve the goods yard. For a moderate distance east beyond the goods yard throat there were previously four tracks providing loop lines as well as sidings for the goods traffic.
