Split
I am a fan of Calmac's classic double-ender ferries but these Croatian vessels take the concept a step further, with two vehicle decks inside and a full width bridge at each end. This is the 'Tin Ujevic' loading at Split, where the harbour is adjacent to the rail and bus stations, on 19th July 2023. It was one of several similar vessels we saw serving local island routes, alongside smaller double-enders and large conventional ferries heading across to Italian ports.
