At first glance this shot looks back to front, but in 2005 when it was taken the double track section into Bathgate was still being operated as two single lines, one for passenger trains and one for freight traffic. 66250 is working 6M85, the 13.24 Bathgate - Washwood Heath as 156445 heads to its destination with an Edinburgh - Bathgate service.
