Niddrie North Junction

An EMU from Millerhill Depot on its way to Waverley ECS approaching Brunstane on the morning of 9 July 2018. The tall section of brick wall alongside the train is part of the remains of the bridge that once carried the Lothian Lines route between Niddrie North and Wanton Walls Junctions. On the right of the picture the single line of the 'sub' can be seen curving away towards Niddrie West.
