Milnathort
The trackbed heading north from Milnathort, of the Cowdenbeath to Bridge of Earn line, is still very visible in this shot from circa 1972 and the goods shed still looks in good order. The remains of the platforms can still be made out, although the main buildings had been behind me but from memory had already been demolished. The station closed to passengers on 15th June 1964, although goods traffic continued until 4th May 1970 when the line closed completely north of Kelty.
