Poulton-le-Fylde
A July 2023 grab view looking along the solum of the former Fleetwood branch line, from a Northern Trains service to Blackpool North. The connections to the main line were removed during the electrification works in 2018. Could the three stacks of sleepers be those recovered from the short lengths of track that ran onto the branch from the old junction, or are they biding time awaiting the call for track to be relaid?
