Kirkcaldy
Kirkcaldy station, looking north, at 12.13 on Sunday, 2nd June 2024. It was opened by the Edinburgh & Northern Railway on 20th June 1847 and rebuilt by British Railways in 1964. A fire in the late 1980s destroyed the southbound platform buildings which had to be rebuilt from scratch and the replacement buildings were opened in 1991.
