Kirkby Stephen East
The Stainmore Railway at Kirkby Stephen East. The resident Peckett 0-4-0ST 'F. C. Tingey' departs from the station with a shuttle service on the 1/4 mile running line hauling the beautifully restored LNER and NER carriages. The line may be short but restoration has been and continues to be done to a very high standard. Many thanks to all the volunteers who were friendly and helpful making this a grand day out!
