Barons Court
South side of the delightfully-preserved entrance to Barons Court station, LU District and Piccadilly Lines, in fine sunshine after heavy storms, at 15.01 on Saturday, 6th July 2024. The line here was opened by the Metropolitan District Railway in 1874 but this station was not opened until 1906 at the same time as the Great Northern, Piccadilly & Brompton Railway, now part of the much-extended Piccadilly Line.
