Walthamstow Central [LTB]
LU 2009 stock waiting to depart from the east London terminus of the Victoria Line, opened in 1968 and I was at the first day, with a service across London and under the Thames to Brixton in south London, looking towards Brixton, at 15.09 on Saturday, 5th October 2024 and on which I travelled as far as Finsbury Park and then W3 bus home to Crouch End. This station is an interchange with the Liverpool Street to Chingford line, part of London Overground since 2015.
