At Crossmyloof, 156505 coupled to 156510 and heading to East Kilbride pass a Corkerhill stablemate heading in the reverse direction. Worthy of note are the coloured highlight stripes on the side of the units to draw attention to specific areas of the passenger accommodation. The light blue stripes on the left hand unit denote the accessible portion whilst the green highlight on the eastbound unit indicates where provision for cycle storage is available.
