Standing in the platform is The Railway Touring Company's Armistice Day excursion from London Victoria to Canterbury West, behind Stanier Black 5 4-6-0 no. 44871 (1945), during a water stop. A two minutes silence was observed on board at 11.00 before moving on at 11.02.
