Appleby East
Looking south from Appleby Level Crossing towards Warcop on the 25th November 2024, you can see how much the vegetation has taken over in recent years. The old station building is still in situ but now part of a scrap metal yard. Photo 21207 shows this spot in 2007, but the level crossing gates are long gone.
