As a result of flooding Glasgow Central LL was closed between December 1994 and September 1995, with Lanark services being diverted via Queen Street LL using the Whifflet - Sunnyside Junction connection. 314209 is approaching Whifflet with a working from Dalmuir in summer 1995.
