Bath Spa
Presumably we only invested £7.4 billion in Brunel's time (inflation adjusted, of course). Seriously, I am all in favour of the railway blowing its own trumpet - especially when the road building industry often quotes "numbers of jobs created", which may only apply during the construction phase, if at all.
