Newton Heath
Looking down St Mary's Road at Newton Heath, just below the road entrance to the depot, on 12th February 2025. This is the distinctive bridge on the line to Rochdale. It was originally a much smaller brick arch structure but this steel bridge was constructed when the road was widened. See image 90941 of this bridge from a passing train.
