Healey Dell Viaduct
The 'Siamese Bridges', near Healey Dell Viaduct, were joined together by this stone work. The bridge on the right of this picture never carried trains but it is fastened to the other that carried the single track line between Shawclough & Healey and Broadley. Below the lower bridge were huge abutments, stretching down the hill alongside the stream that these bridges span.
