Bog Junction

A pair of Class 20s working the 13.38 Sellafield - Crewe photographed in June 2006 passing Bog Junction which, despite seeing not a lot of trains, still manages to look important in terms of railway routes. The train is passing under the WCML and is taking the connection to Upperby Junction for its journey south. The other lines visible are left to London Road Junction for the N&C, the connection to Currock Junction M&C which the train is coming off and the other pair of tracks were for Rome Street but are OOU.
