Strathyre

Just north of Strathyre station a minor road crossed the line. This statue, part of The BLiSS Trail, stands just north of the site of the bridge. In the left background is the Munro Hotel. The statue 'Drover's Bhò' refers to the former drove road through Strathyre. This ran down the west side of the River Balvaig unlike the 1750s Military Road (now the A84) and railway which are on the east side.
