Crewe
This Manchester to Euston Pendolino would normally use Platform 5 at Crewe, but a late running northbound service was occupying that on 4th June 2025 and it was switched to Platform 1 on the other side of the island. The approach to No.1 from the north always feels like a tight squeeze but 11-car 390104 threads its way through to call at the platform usually used by 3-car EMUs on the Manchester stoppers.
