Grange-over-Sands
A new flow in 2025 is bringing some welcome extra freight traffic to the Cumbrian Coast line. Stone is being taken from Shap to the Low-level Waste Repository at Drigg. 68005 is running alongside the promenade at Grange-over-Sands with the returning empties on 24th July 2025. Empty and full trains both reverse at Carnforth.
