Rainham: 357025 departs Rainham, on a service for Fenchurch Street from Grays, on 11th January 2024. We are looking towards Dagenham Dock.

Kirkham North Junction: Although their replacements had not arrived, Northern still withdrew their Class 319 EMUs in December 2023 and they were immediately scrapped. The cascade from the West Midlands has now started though and 323212, still in gold livery, was seen at Kirkham running ecs from Blackpool North to Preston on 23rd February 2024.

Carlisle: Class 37 heaven at Carlisle on 9th February 2024. Colas 37219 is on a Network Rail Measurement Train while West Coast 37685 is stabled. Thunderbird 57307 is lurking behind.

Enterkine Viaduct: 66748 crosses Enterkine Viaduct in September 2018 with 4S01, the 09.01 Tyne Yard - Killoch empties.

Bedlay Colliery Siding: A 3-car Metro Cammell DMU calling at Bedlay Colliery siding in August 1970, in the course of a Branch Line Society 'Glasgow South' charter. The photograph is taken at the original connection, later replaced by a tight curve which allowed the M73 to be built.
