Description

This shipyard opened in 1918 on the west side of the mud basin, alongside Burntisland West Dock.

The yard remains open and is now one of the BiFab sites along with other sites at Methil (site of Wellesley Colliery and the considerable nearby sidings) and on the island of Lewis.
