This is a disused single track three span lattice girder bridge on the Corncockle Quarry Co Ltd over the River Annan. The bridge is B listed.
This disused bridge was on the mineral line to Corncockle Quarry, a sandstone quarry. This was an important supplier of stone for tenement building in Glasgow.
The line closed before the Second World War.
