Description

This power station was built for the Scottish Central Electric Power Co. It was on the south side of the line, just east of Bonnywater Junction, and approached from the east. (The siding was the SSEB Bonnywater Electricity Siding.) The works had its own locomotives.

The siding closed to traffic in 1971.
