Now Cordiners Saw Mill. This was owned by A and G Paterson Ltd. The saw mill is east of the closed Banchory [2nd] station. It was served by a siding an had an internal tramway.
There were narrow gauge lines within the mill.
A and G Paterson also owned sawmills by Craiginches Yard, Craiginches Saw Mill, and at St Rollox.
Opening date 1866 assumed, 1854 or 1855 also possible.
