Network Rail pledges immediate action following Stonehaven derailment [Network Rail Media Centre]

Network Rails chief executive Andrew Haines has vowed to understand the cause and put immediate additional safety measures in place following yesterdays derailment near Stonehaven in which three people died and six were injured.
