Garstang and Catterall
With less than 48 hours before the Network Rail suspension came into force West Coast 47580 County of Essex and 47760 run light engine from Preston to Carnforth at Garstang & Catterall on 1st April. The Brush 4s had brought The Pendle Dalesman from Rugby to Preston for onward S&C haulage by 45699 Galatea.
