Stockholm Central
After the new underground line Citybanan had opened under central Stockholm the surface lines through the main station were closed to allow for bridge reinforcement and track renewals in the tunnel under Södermalm. This view to the south shows part of the Old Town (Gamla Stan) and Riddarholmen the island located between Stockholm Central and Stockholms Södra stations. The latter was the temporary terminus for trains coming in from the south see image 65912
