Headbolt Lane
General view of the new and still pristine station at Headbolt Lane, looking towards Wigan, from the end of Platform 2 on 18th October 2023. Battery EMU 777146 is in the platform before returning to Liverpool. A 30 minute interval service will reduce to 15 minutes when all the 777/1s are in service and both platforms will then be needed.
