Plantation Quay

TS ‘Queen Mary’ seen from PS ‘Waverley’ in 1977. I think the location is not far downstream from Bridge Wharf. A large cargo vessel is in one of the Govan graving docks, just beyond the entrance to the Princes Dock. The 'Queen Mary' seems to have been rather unusually moored roughly where 'Waverley' regularly berths nowadays. The warehouses have since been replaced by the BBC building and the Glasgow Science Centre.
