Hattersley
Another break in the clouds while descending into Manchester Airport on 28th March 2025 and the distinctive outline of Hattersley station, with its long ramp to the island platform and footbridge to the street level booking office, could be glimpsed below. I still think of Hattersley as a fairly new station but it will be fifty years old in 2028. See image 91255 for a platform level view.
