Blairenbathie Mine: A view west of the site of the sidings of Blairenbathie Mine, now a forest track. This mine was developed by the Fife Coal Company in 1945 and was closed by the NCB in 1962, the branch closing between the site and Kelty in 1964. The earlier Blairenbathie Colliery of 1895 was further north and also rail served.

Kilmacolm: A Derby DMU not long arrived at Kilmacolm with a service from Glasgow. The platform canopies have gone and the photograph dates from the early 1970s.

Larbert: A GNER HST forming the 07.55 Inverness - London KX in March 2005 approaches Larbert past what I believe was the last splitting distant signal still in operation in Scotland.
