March: The March of progress ... 66518 leads 4E64, from Felixstowe South to Doncaster Europort, over the level crossing to the east of March station on 14th June 2024. The lack of any food outlet on the station was a bit of a nuisance as the pasty shop on Cambridge station had - exceptionally - sold all of its pasties. The rumbling on my train going home was more digestive than diesel.

Acklington: A Trans Pennine Express Hitachi 802 series 5-car hybrid unit approaches Acklington non-stop on 2 Mar 2024, with an Edinburgh to Newcastle service. The view is taken from the north end of the northbound platform which, unlike the southbound, does not run right up to the road bridge. This was to allow a south facing spur to come off the northbound line, into a goods shed sited in the yard to left of the view, behind Station House. See image [[89893]] for a view of the goods shed.

Weybourne: Daisy the Railcar or bogcart, boggo or bug cart - whatever you would call them. Arriving in Weybourne from Holt on 14th June 2024 this BRCW set looks very smart in its green 'whiskers' livery.
