Charing: Exterior of Charing station, Kent, on the Maidstone East line, opened by the London, Chatham & Dover Railway on 1st July 1884, at 10.43 on Monday, 11th November 2024. Seen during a stop by The Railway Touring Company's Armistice Day excursion from London Victoria to Canterbury West and return, behind Stanier Black 5 4-6-0 no. 44871 (1945).

Princes Risborough: Just south of Princes Risborough, the double track separates with the up line passing through Saunderton Tunnel on an easier gradient than the down line, although this was partly rebuilt on a new alignment which avoided the original summit. These changes took place circa 1905. In this shot from August 2004 the DMU is heading to Marylebone as 60096 heads for Calvert with a load of spoil from Kings Cross.

Eastfield Shed: Stockport Edgeley’s Black 5 4-6-0 No 45225 has come a cropper and is at Eastfield Shed on 20 July 1964, awaiting transfer to Cowlairs Works for repair.
