This small shed opened with the light railway in 1906. It was a small single road timber building approached from the north by reversal from the station. On the east side of its approach line was a water tank on a wooden trestle.
The shed was out of use before The Grouping. The line closed to passengers in 1931 and closed completely in 1964.
The site of the station is now a housing estate.
