Bonded warehousing built south of the alignment of the former Kilsyth and Bonnybridge Railway east of the site of Dennyloanhead station. Possibly to replace the former warehouses at the former Bankier Distillery.
Never railway served, although the long closed Broomrigg Colliery Pit No 2 to the north was rail served.
To the south, over the Forth and Clyde Canal, is Seabegs Wood a Roman Fortlet on Antonine's Wall.
