A hidden piece of Glasgows architect-ural history is being revealed for the first time in decades.
The curved glass canopy of Queen Street station was completed in 1842 but entirely obscured by the concrete extension to a neighbouring hotel in the 1970s.
The Victorian gem has been exposed once again as part of the £120 million redevelopment of the hub which links Glasgow with Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and the Highlands.
