Hopetown Carriage Works
View northwest along Hopetown Lane, Darlington, on 4 October 2008, showing the south end of the Stockton & Darlington Railway's Hopetown Carriage Works. It was from these doors some nine weeks earlier that the newly constructed A1 Pacific 60163 Tornado made its first public appearance running under its own steam.
