An Edinburgh service approaches Shawfair on 24 April 2019. I don't know what happened to the Class-170s-as-standard, promised months ago. In the background is the nearest settlement, for some reason always styled 'Newton Village' rather than just Newton. It will be subsumed into the residential paradise of Shawfair - or so is the plan.
