Harwich Town
On Sunday 4th February 1979, 37075 eases into Harwich Town with the empty stock of the afternoon boat train from Liverpool Street to Harwich Parkeston Quay. It has run through to here to reverse, and on return to Parkeston Quay will form the up 'Day Continental'. Visible right are new BL cars destined for export via the Harwich ferry. The sea air will not be helping their propensity to corrosion.
