Shildon
158853 pauses at Shildon, the penultimate stop on its journey from Saltburn to Bishop Auckland on 18th November 2024. Although the station still boasts two platforms in use, the line beyond to Bishop Auckland and onward to the Weardale Railway reduces to single line. Entrance to Locomotion Museum from this platform is via a good level access.
