Edzell shed was south of the passenger station and goods yard, on the west side of the line. It was a single road shed and approached from the south. It opened in 1896 with the branch from Brechin.
The shed closed in 1910, its duties taken over by the larger Brechin Shed [2nd].
Edzell itself closed (for the second time) to passengers in 1938 and the line closed completely in 1964.
Nothing remains of the shed, it was demolished before The Grouping. Its site is now a private road.
