(Permalink) Forth Bridge Lego Princes Street [Tram]: Aaarrgghhhhhh... they're back! Engineers using Lego on the re-activated tram works on Princes Street on 17 September in an attempt to reduce costs and speed up the project! Forth Bridge: No apologies for another picture of what is already Britain's most
photographed (and famous) railway structure. From a distance the use of plastic sheeting to enclose the ever-moving scaffolding adds a touch of Lego to the original Meccano. Photographed looking south across the Forth on 22 February 2009. Toyland: A completed version of the Abellio ScotRail 512 piece lego 'new train' freebie from the launch on 1 April 2015 see image [[50834]]. This one was a limited edition version - having only 511 pieces! (With thanks to EC for assembly work - and moderation of language throughout). |
A civil engineer's bid to persuade Lego to create an official set of the Forth Bridge has received more than 8,600 votes.
