Kirbymoorside
Looking north east to the extended crossing keepers cottage sited on the east side of the former Starfitt Lane level crossing, with the line running across from the piece of dark ground at centre left of view. The line ran along two short lengths of embankment between Kirkdale Viaduct, some 250 metres to the west, and the level crossing, and then entered a shallow cutting, now infilled where is forms the cottage garden, en route east to Kirbymoorside.
