Headbolt Lane
Headbolt Lane, opened on 5th October 2023, seen here at 16.13 on Tuesday, 29th April 2025 with 777148 waiting to depart for Liverpool Central. The far end of this lengthy platform is used by the hourly Northern service to Manchester Victoria via Wigan Wallgate and separated from the Merseyrail side of the platform by a buffer stop. A second platform for Merseyrail trains is out of view on the right.
