Mytholmroyd: A view of Mytholmroyd Viaduct, from the under restoration, platform level, waiting room in the old station on 29th June 2024. 195025 is just arriving with a Chester to Leeds service. The Cragg Brook flows through the centre arch with public roads through the arches on either side.

Newtongrange: Lady Victoria Colliery dominates the scene on 19th March 2017 as a 158 pulls away from Newtongrange station with the 14.11 Edinburgh - Tweedbank. This is the second station to serve the village; the original was sited on the other side of the road bridge behind the train and closed in January 1969.
