A major industrial and commercial development at ExxonMobil's former Esso site in Bowling can move forward after a deal to transfer ownership of the land to West Dunbartonshire Council was completed. The transfer marks a significant milestone for the £34 million Glasgow City Region City Deal project. The 150-acre site is currently undergoing extensive remediation to prepare it.
